Please note that coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual insurance plan. We encourage you to contact the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card to confirm coverage and costs for in-network outpatient mental health services. Insurance information will be collected and verified prior to beginning services.
Copays and Other Fees
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards for copays and other out-of-pocket costs. Payments are collected at the time of service.
Additional fees not covered by insurance may include:
• Late cancellation and no-show fees
• Court-related fees
